I found this hotel to be quite a mixed bag. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I even had a Jacuzzi, the downside was booking two bedrooms on extreme short notice. The service, particularly housekeeping, was excellent, and I appreciated the tours and ticket assistance. However, the location was a bit of a letdown situated in the absolute worst neighborhood imaginable, but at least it was next to some bus stops. The lack of nearby food places was a drawback. The dining experience was disappointing with only burnt biscuits on offer. Regarding facilities, I couldn't ignore the burnt biscuits only dining option.
